    Nothing as of yet for downtown, though the old post office in Mill Street was for sale earlier this year along with the parcel next to it. It was being marketed as a possible new development. Wouldn’t surprise me if Amico took that on as well once they’re done with the Gib and Mill Landing...

    Still got the mechanical though. I’m curious to see how high it will be. It looks like the equivalent of 2 floors but hopefully it doesn’t look all that bad. Side note - I absolutely HATE the grey precast brick. I wonder if it was cheaper than red (?) I think the worst spot is on the front...

    All properties pay the 2% of purchase price entry fee (if you’re in the village core) and $1psf annual fee regardless if you’re in the rental pool or not (which isn’t too bad). If you’re in the rental pool then they remove 1% village amenity fee from the gross rental revenue you earn

    Yeah I’m not too surprised either. I’m curious to see if they still got approved for the height increase for blocks E & F. I’m assuming not, but I feel like the height wouldn’t be as imposing for that location compared to block B at the front of the village

    About time 😭 I’ve been passing by the site every other day and haven’t seen anything happening. Hopefully once they start construction it’ll move along nicely. I’m doubtful they’ll complete this by June of 2025 at this rate though

    Looks like phase one occupants will be getting to move in really soon! About time… only took nearly 6 years to get this building done, but what else can we expect from the builder that’s been working on the 401 🤣 The site for Phase 2 has begun grading… when I was originally looking at units...
