    Sorry to keep this off topic. Looked at this site casually a couple years ago. Another item to note is that there is a SASP on this site that looks for the cornice of a development to line up with the cornice of the Gladstone Hotel.

    To my limited understanding Equiton owns up to the Pony Mart. The remaining parcels have not sold and will remain as-is. Cliffside Urban Design Guidelines call for some kind of Parkland component at that location.

    Obviously baseless speculation but it would be nice if some of this office space were converted to retail. A couple of the south retail units could probably accommodate an escalator to L3&4. Would require a sale of the space from Allied to RioCan and a rezoning, not to mention the ordeal of...
