Finishes on this condo is uh to be desired lol.....can't believe they are using same floor tile from living room for bathroom ... The condo is located a little deep into housing units and closest coffee shop is about 20 minutes walking distance.

The first render was a boutique and then they changed that into mid rise and then sold more floors after 2022. Those were about 1200/sqft Biggest unit I think is about 880 sq ft. First floor they made them into loft and that probably means some units can be as big as 1200 sqft. Most likely...

They cancel project if it's too risky or too low margin as it did in 2021. Most likely they would want to build the one by Lincoln with two towers. They sold a lot of units there and land was probably dirt cheap. Levies are probably less and overall better portfolio to hold. But who...

LJM has 3-4 projects that are sold out or near sold out but have yet to start construction. If you buy this, you will wait minimum 10 years.

It does hurt though. For all investors who bought condos at $1200 sqf.
