I think i'm going to dub this tower by its new name: Manulife Centre Midtown. Boy this is not looking good at all.

There's certainly a disconnect, but I don't mind the lower bit. A tad minty, yes, but the glazing itself is very clear.

The minty (and the reclad in general) gives me a bit of a 50s modern vibe.

Yet another reclad that makes the building look more dated not less. This keeps happening. Brutalist office towers may not be hot today but in a few decades things like this will be regretted.

Agree on the reclad..............but would you really call this Brutalist? It's much more window-heavy than your typical example of that form; also the previous colour was brown and it was cladding, not bare concrete.
