This went in for DP this week. how quickly does the City start releasing DP information? don't we get to see submitted elevations etc?

Good news. This might be the future for some areas like this.
Some of the older two and three story walk up buildings are getting to the point where they need some major maintenance or upgrades.
So it may be easier to replace then. A building like this also increases the density considerably.
