Adding the devapps links, no new news to report sadly.

Basically, this is going to be cleared and approved, good move on their part going to OLT. We did lose one of the bigger towers, but as it stands now - it's still a beautiful development, so if nothing else changes... these will be beautiful additions to our skyline with amazing views of the river and the hills.

Any updates on this one? One of the nicer projects I am looking forward to...
To my knowledge, they took it to OLT knowing full well they'll get approval that way, city decided to propose working on it with them, they reduced a tower and city was looking to approve knowing it would be less hassle than letting it go through OLT. Probably working out the kinks and then they will put shovels in the ground as soon as possible. Could be like Dream, from what I remember they want to put shovels in the ground ASAP but a bit of slowdown from the city to finalize.

Driving by today noticed 3 pieces of equipment on site. One shovel, one explosives drill rig with large generator. I have no idea about site plan control for this one. After the OLT agreement was reached Re: zoning this project disappeared from Devapps.

Is this equipment for 1047 Richmond or is it for the Richmond / Byron complete Street project and site will be temporarily used for staging for that project? I will try to check back in about a week.

If this is going now, Dream Lebreton will have a very short time at #2!

The only taller proposals are 900 Albert, The Sky, 829 Carling, and The Denizen in Orleans.
Renaissance and Dream will be battling for second tallest, until of course Dream wins. So we could get three #2s in a very short time.

This one going up this year is a nice surprise. I loved the development so just seeing it break ground is exciting.

This, Dream Lebreton, Renaissance, and Brigil Greyhound are actually really nice projects realistically going up by the end of the year. We also can have added bonuses of CLV's towers on Line 2 with a chance of Granite Curling Club starting.

What a turn of events. I'm honestly really happy about all of these projects, they will help our skyline immensely even if a bit scattered.

Renaissance might be the second tallest for a few moments before it rapidly becomes what, the seventh tallest?

Love that not a one of these big projects is RLA or NEUF designed, None are Charcoal Brick infused, and all but the greyhound site are from out of town developers...a very good sign that we are finally attracting attention of the big guns in Toronto and MTL who knew how to build tall.

Woohoo! I'm really excited for this one. I like the height, the design and living in the area looking forward to seeing them peak out from different angles in the area! Wonder what will be there first, residents in these buildings or opening of the Western extension of Line 1? haha
