I agree, the curtain wall and rendering in general gives me heavy Rideau Registry vibes.

I'm a fan of the podium because it pay homage to the old DND building. They also made it basically the same height as the heritage building next door.

At first, I thought the units on the 25th and 26th floors were connected by a stairwell but they are not. Looks like you have your own set of stairs from the 25th floor to walk up to your 26th floor unit. I was imagining them to be a 2-storey penthouse but nope!

That's what I thought as well. Kind of weird to have random stairs on the 25th floor along with four fully inaccessible units.
