What the hell is going on at 124 St???
10 bucks says the main cause is rent increases outpacing the growth of business. Seems to happen to any area/building that becomes trendy. Cool businesses move in to a meh area because they can afford to experiment with cheap rent, landlords get greedy and raise rent beyond what the cool businesses can afford, cool businesses close, repeat. See Whyte, Kensington, etc....

Old flirty bird spot in beljans building that credo and bloom cookies also left?
Flirtybird just didn't make it. Bloom outgrew their space and relocated once their lease expired and Credo closed once its lease expired, my understanding is that the main reason was that they had too big of a space to make their margins compared to 104 and Enbridge.

12320 - 105 Avenue NW
Oh this is for the two tower project here! I'm happy this is going to council, this is gonna be a huge addition to 124th. Hopefully the sites adjacent to the LRT station see some proposals in the next few years as well.
