The development along 124th Street is bound to ramp up when the Vally Line West finishes up -- it will be interesting to see a comparison photo in 5 years.

This was mentioned elsewhere, but a Korean Fried Chicken place (BonChon) is opening up in the former Delicious Pho space near SPR. Further north, Kibbles & Biscuits (a pet store) has recently opened in the former Extensionist space. Signs of life on 124!
