This is not new, but there's no thread for it, the proposal is for 330,000sf of office along the QEW. http://goo.gl/maps/S8Hhm
I'd rather they build this around Trafalgar, but I don't think it's moving forward very fast. Hopefully things stay that way, I'd rather this get built in Uptown or Midtown Oakville (or hell MCC).

Funny how they say it's a couple minutes from Bronte GO, it's a 30 minute walk so I guess they mean by car, but who drives from their office to the GO station?? The only transit it's service by is a rush-hour only bus that comes every 30 minutes on N Service and an all-day bus every 30 minutes on Third Line a 10 minute walk away.
