any updates on the lot west of planned Main Street and north of Webb Dr?
It is next to 223 Webb Dr. It seems to be owned by same Baif developer but can't really find anything on this piece..

I don't believe we have seen anything in regards to that plot yet, but you are correct that it is the same owner.

With the building of the sales office at Kariya & Burnhamthrope, you will see this development first follow by the north site and the site the sales office is on. North site supposed to be 35s towers. This site was just approved by the city and don't expect to see 2 different projects for Baif going at the same time.

Not sure who has the land between the 2 Baif site. If its Baif, expect to see those sites develop first before the sales office.

Webb Dr is to connect the Kariya before 2020 at this time to allow better traffic flow. Its a moving target due to funding.

The purple site. No idea what plan for Kariya & Burnhamthrope at this time.

Since the city doesn't wants a rollercoster Burnhamthrope hight issues which is dumb, expect to see what there now, considering there will 50s to the south, a few blocks away.
