Wonder if a population review of Toronto wards based on the 2016 numbers would mean another ward boundary adjustment for even more wards. Don't show them to Justin Di Ciano or Giorgio Mammoliti.

There's a census tract that's 100% Chinese in Agincourt. Just in case any idiot says OMG THERE'S A NEIGHBORHOOD THAT'S LITERALLY ALL CHINESE, it should be noted that a Chinese seniors residence comprises the entire residential population of the tract (which has about 400 people).

Looking at CTs south of Bloor-Danforth, I see two areas have moved into the "very high income" category. One (tract 58) is the Palmerston area which has some fine housing stock. Another is in Leslieville (tract 28) around Queen and Carlaw, which is a bit more surprising.
