Normally I'm ok with most height proposals, but I think asking for 40 floors here is a bit of an insult.

I'd be fine with a building in the 20-25 storey range, but as others have noted, the site could be tricky.

I don't see how land this expensive could be viable unless it were to have 30-40 stories. Condo sales are unstable right now.
