This afternoon I received notice that my Firm Occupancy date is February 26, 2024!! I found that quite shocking--a three month delay from my Final Tentative Occupancy of 11/27/2023. On September 6 I am registered for the 250 Lawrence Homeownership Seminar. Not sure how many homeowners will be participating in that webinar.
 
I'm on the 7th floor. I had expected my Firm Occupancy to be sometime in December so was quite disappointed that it's February 26.

Ye that is odd. Considering it's a smaller low rise the occupancy and final closing should be quicker imo.
