Hope so too, but higher chances of getting a surface parking for a few years, or worse a fenced off gravel lot.

Hopefully we are pleasantly surprised. I think this is GWL's only Ottawa project in their pipeline since 320 McRae wrapped up.

And 320 McRae is quite nice. They do good work. Too bad they were neglectful with this particular parking garage.
