That’s a neat article. As someone who lives relatively nearby I have mixed feelings…it’s an attractive enough condo project but it would have been nice to save the little buildings fronting Richmond (or at least on the corner). As Westbro said, even at 9 floors this is going to be quite an imposing building given the huge lot size.

2 down 3 to go.

I'm also very close to this.

I think those buildings were just too close to the road as time went on. It will be nice to get rid of the blight that these buildings + avenues garage were in the area for the past 6 or so years though. Hopefully this will spur some more development to finally start filling out the zone between Scott and Richmond with mid rises.

Excited for this one. Nice density for the area and a decent ground floor design. Both will improve the streetscape feel around here.

Bell lines are still attached to the house on Winona. Until that is dealt with the demo of the house could be delayed.

The guys were doing something inside the house and in its backyard this morning.

Similar to the rest of the demo process so far, they have guys doing something interior for a week or so then they knock it down within a day or two.

The site has been quiet for a few weeks now. All the buildings are down and everything is leveled off but excavation hasn't started yet.
