That AVIS/Budget lot really needs to be redeveloped. 335 College will look like quite the sore thumb until it has a similarly scaled neighbour.

Yes - thanks! Hadn't put two and two together there yet. That one needs to get built fast now to further the transformation of that stretch of College.

Given the rate of construction, this project will finish in 2019. Wouldn't be surprised if there's mould problems due to the exposed lumber.

I have to say NU Bagel is my favorite in Toronto by far ! I hate the winter as I get down there so much less often then the summer. The onion woodfire bagel ! What would it take for you to deliver some to me ? ; )
