Unsurprising we haven't seen any movement on that one. Until Markham gets it's DC and Parkland CIL rates in line, no-one will actually be delivering projects there outside of Remington's Downtown Markham and Times' Uptown Markham. The economics just aren't there, unfortunately.

Saw soil sampling here back a few months ago, was waiting for more information for a thread to be made. On the topic of Remington Group's redevelopment plans directly north, to my knowledge any advancement for development is put on hold until the Milliken Secondary Plan is complete and finalized. If there is any other aspects involved such as what ProjectEnd stated, it is also quite possible. I guess we will see.
