I gather that the (rightly beloved) Montreal salad place, Mandy's, will be taking one of the other retail units here.

Mandy's has been confirmed. A skincare company called Fig, will be one of the other retail tenants:

Ossington Avenue between Queen and Dundas Streets has been resilient through the pandemic, including a strip of five European-inspired boutique shops of less than 1,500 square feet each from 46 to 54 Ossington owned by Hullmark.

They include jeweler Melanie Auld, skincare company Fig and Mandy’s Gourmet Salads, all of which are Canadian brands.

Not sure If all the units have been leased out yet but a cafe would be perfect here
 
Definitely hats off to Hullmark for the fine job not only executing the physical building transformations, but also in the process of attracting the wide variety of retail tenants along these spaces.
