The building looks great but I’ve heard Akelius is pretty awful to renters.

Apparently GoodLife wasn't able to renew their lease and is moving out of this building in November

I noticed some paintings inside the central space fronting College Street. But couldn't quite tell if it was an office, gallery, or just a decorated entrance space. While the retail unit right at the corner of College & Euclid remains still available for lease.
