It's been a long time since I've seen an application that didn't list all properties under "all properties"

As mentioned above, this is a site plan application. This is not going to be anything significant should this be the first time the address has appeared on urbantoronto.

Application description:
Proposed 3-storey addition to an existing 3-storey mixed-use building. The existing building has 1 dwelling unit, 7 office units, and 1 retail unit. The proposed addition will relocate the existing dwelling unit to the top floor (6th floor) and add 4 new office units. The new roof will be used for outdoor amenity space and a green roof.
Developer is Buckareff Properties, architect is Stanford Downey Architects:

Historicist additions to (relatively unimportant) historic buildings can be done beautifully -- case in point Allied's recent update at 180 John.

But can this 'Buckareff Properties' really pull this off? There are a lot of details to get right to keep this from looking like a schlocky PoMo refit.

They didn't even "pull it off" in the rendering... so I have zero expectations for this.
