The minimalist modern interiors are impressive as I discovered when I visited the Jamis store. The tall ceilings, polished concrete floors and finishes are first rate. The Caledonia area is up and coming as fashion and design businesses replace older industrial and commercial tenants. There are a number of ambitious renovation projects, including the revitalized former Hilroy factory on Caledonia.
