Impressive the work to the government district over the last short while with Terrace building renovations, Annex demolition, & Leg renovations (though the look isn't really changing). This all not long after the Fed building project.

Get those grounds redone and then focus on programming at the Fed and around the grounds to encourage even more people to enjoy them.
