Telus Infrastructure Upgrades (Province wide)

Polykar Plastics Manufacturing Facility
According to Polykar, the new facility will add approximately 30 million pounds of production capacity and expand the company’s reach and expertise to serve the retail, commercial, and institutional sectors.

The proposed location is just north of the Edmonton International Airport in the Discovery Business Park. The facility will measure 50,000 square feet upon completion.

The Strathcona Hotel Redevelopment
the project will redevelop one of Edmonton's oldest buildings, the Strathcona Hotel which was built in 1891. The project will contain office and retail space while modernizing the building and preserving all heritage elements.
A fire started in the complex in March 2019 during initial construction work. Full construction resumed in October 2019.
