If you compare population growth in various sections of Ottawa-Gatineau, I'd be surprised if Hull is not the fastest growing in the next few years given the amount of new towers and units that have (or will be added) in a period of 5-6 years. Crazy

Hull and Downtown Ottawa (LeBreton-Downtown-Rideau Street) will be competing for the crown. I think the Downtowns might end up beating any of the suburban areas.

It's a sidescraper, alright, but I am happy to see the step downs in the main facade and that funky crown, at least it's not a full slab.

Should be one of the nicer mid-rise Hull builds. A four floor podium and two 25 floor towers would have been far nicer.
