It will be interesting to see if this one actually moves forward, 'Zinc' got shot down the last time they proposed something on that site. The residents along Hazelton Ave. started a campaign against the developer Ken Zukerman called 'Save Yorkville'. I personally didn't see anything wrong with the last proposal but I think what the fight was over was the amount of units. Either way, it's a great site, at the crossroads of Hazelton and Scollard with great shopping and eats all around. Although for me, a few lofts in the original building with 6 or so townhouses out back would be perfect. If only I was rich...if only...
