Those top floors at 1 King are empty. Great units. I wonder why they can't sell? Anybody have the inside info?

The three-floor penthouse was on the market for like $6 million when 1 king opened. Now that Harry is gone i wonder what the new owners plan to do with the empty penthouse and other empty units. I stayed at One King about 2 years ago, i took the elevator to one of the floors near the top and the entire floor was dark with no cparpet and looked like it was being used for storage, Seems like a waste having prime real estate that high up sitting empty.

Android: More good "My Toronto" pics here-In today's "Leather vendor at Church/Maitland" I noticed the NYPD ESU jacket on the left with the last name of the officer and shield number on it. Yes-the young lady looks good if you ask.
