The only problem with Amsterdam is that there's too many maggoted British chavs on dirty weekends away.

Other than that, a beautiful & interesting town.

Boy, did I notice that... it was disgusting. Drunk soccer-shirt-wearing scum roaming around town, yelling, being obnoxious, picking fights with the locals. And there were so many of them... I think I heard more British English spoken in the streets than Dutch. The British hooligan tourists were probably the only really unpleasanat thing about Amsterdam.

I know that everyone has been on the edge of their seat waiting for some news, so....

...unbelievably, I have been offered the job.

The salary is basically identical to mine - except in Euro instead of CAD.
5 weeks vacation compared to my current 3.

I'm waiting to hear back about whether they will cover my relocation expenses before making a final decision.
