On the bottom left of AAG, there was an awesome photographer taking pictures through a crystal sphere (I have close up's but didn't inquire if I could post). If anyone has been doing similar technique around our YEG, please post!

Can someone explain to me how DOSC was able to alter the exterior finishings of the building by adding the neon signs? I'm not opposed I just thought it was a protected historically designated site?
