100%. We need to think more like a business and view the arteries into our city as our front doors and lobbies. What’s the first impression?

What’s that rule from psychology? People form an impression of someone in less than 15 seconds usually?

I actually wondered recently why they didn't do this with the Jasper Avenue redo. It would have been really cool to see the entire avenue lined with flowering trees for its entire length.
