I am very much not a vinyl covering person. I am sure there are some very good vinyl covering sale people out there, but this gives me a very mixed message.

It looks to me what you would put up to announce something coming soon. It doesn't look to me the business there is actually open (however, not sure if that is the case). So, I wouldn't bother going there until some of the covering was removed.

Since the new bridge was put in and the roads around here reconfigured, this seems to have become a more popular place that now regulary attracts people.

So, I suppose finally some good outcome from the folly.
