The hang-gliding lesson's actually take place through GBC and you jump off the roof of the building to start your flight. Still TBD where people will be landing.

Fair question! I don't believe that either the sites north of Corus Quay nor northwest of it have been announced yet.

Interesting how the model shown in black and white differs in design from the other, and how the renderings seem to demonstrate a slight change from the second model. Do the renderings represent the most recent rendition?

What's that big building to the East in the renderings? On the other side of the park... is that already proposed in some way or just an artist's creative license?
The big buildings in the "from a yacht" image are from the Bayside neighbourhood now being developed by Hines and Pelli Clark Pelli Architects. For that area, the images only portray proposed massing at this point.
