Based on the number of traffic lights before the Fisherman's Wharf restaurant sign, I'm guessing the picture was taken between John and Duncan. That's one hell of a zoom!

Actualy, it was taken from the northeast corner of Peter & Richmond. The road bends a bit there so it looks like I'm standing in the middle of the road. The people looking west in that condo are going to have a helluva view down Richmond.

Sherbourne is slowly improving. Certainly the lower portion is.

I'd been wondering what that building in the distance way, even at this height it's making a big impact on the view down the street...can't wait to see this view once it's done!

I work a block away from the Modern and it's great to see it go up. The area desperately needs a different type of population.
