I think this development looks great at street level from Queensway. Solid semi-urban 'avenue' style design that should be repeated elsewhere in the city. Also love the streetcar ROW down the middle of the street!

The trees are still saplings, both on the townhouses lawn and the streetcar right-of-way. Should look better as the trees mature.

What was the developer (and the City when they approved this) thinking when they proposed this hideous mash up of style and density??? I can understand a low rise development along Queensway, but why residential?? Wouldn't it have made more sense to go with commercial/retail along Queensway so that people living in the towers don't have to get in their cars and drive to the nearest retail????

without the tower, the townhouses could be anywhere suburbia (something Greenpark Homes has done a million times over).

Don't like slabs. But if Clewes definitely has done it right. Examples of slabs done wrong? Liberty Village. Sooooo wrong.
