The top seems rather random... I don't see how it relates to the tower.

New tops looks good. Nothing wrong with a bit of flamboyence here and there. The original tops were the same old same old. Also liking the look of MCC density evident in the models.

I think something is backward here. No project in the history of the GTA has gone from safe and pedestrian to snazzy and more interesting.
Are you sure the renders were not switched and the ones with the diagonal roof elements aren't the old ones? We are talking the GTA here. King of the "cheapening'. We practically invented watering down good designs and putting up vanilla.

Haha, I was about to ask: what's the opposite of The Cheapening? It looks like we're seeing, perhaps for the first time, a complete reversal of the norm.
