it will be great to see the increased density along the 427 but these buildings are about as bland as it gets... the only hint of detail being the vaguely stepped rooflines. The heritage preservation is somewhat heartening but will probably be lost on us who are travelling by on the highway.

Redroom, I agree that there's a blandness to these buildings in the renderings, but if they turn out like The Met and Encore, which I believe they are meant to (style copied exactly even?), then I think we'll be saying "turned out better than the renderings" when they are done. I hope so at least!

(And yes Uncle Teddy, I love that Viking ship bar too!)
