As an owner in the area, I'm happy too see development of almost any kind, but this is a bit slab-tastic. It feels quite dominating when walking through Moss park (the apartments, not the park), but hopefully some cladding might help soften that, right now it has all the charm of an under construction death-star.

Moss Park is full of meth addicts and the surrounding businesses and buildings are disgusting. This is a great step forward to gentrify the area around Regent Park. Love this, build more!
