Not that I think the building itself is bad, but I find this project very frustrating.
There was an opportunity here to retain and artfully incorporate the nifty ol' warehouse that stood on the corner.
What a waste... and really it goes against the spirit of using former industrial spaces as authentic art lofts. The naming of this condo seems like a bit of a slap in the face... not to mention being just plain lame.

Ah yes, a project that gives the area that extra dash of condo - as refreshing as adding a dash of salt to a giant bag of salt.

Some of the worst floor plans I have ever seen. The building is nice but those layouts are terrible. 7 ft bedrooms should not be allowed.
