Days like that are pretty rare. This isn't London England. Those views will be amazing almost all of the time.

Like everybody else has mentioned, this is an extremely rare occasion. I've been to the CN tower countless times (which is MUCH higher than this building), and I have only experienced the conditions seen above once. Even then, I really liked the feeling that I was high enough to be enveloped by low clouds!
