Well, I've learned about Torontonians destroyed a lot of beautiful historic buildings in the city. As a result, this city became one of the most boring cities in North America in terms of historic architecture. Frequently compared with Montreal or New York City, to make it a "poor" city by many tourists and visitors.
However, I ,who believe the greedy destruction was a total mistake, don't think that heritage is worth in that spot of the city.
Oh, Osgoode Hall and the old city hall are for sure great heritage buildings, but that house I would say is a very common and extremely insignificant one in terms of architecture although it has the long(?) history. Considering the location, people may demolish the small house, and build a piece of true marble of contemporary architecture like the Sydney Opera House or Disney Concert Hall in LA or a supertall building suits the corner of the city and make it more attention grabbing.
