Developer told me they were 6 months ahead of schedule. pretty amazing when you see other tiny low rise buildings spending up to 2 years before getting out of the ground

The rumoured slump in the condo market....a glut of condos...problems in the middle east.... problems in Libya... the price of fuel ... the price of food ... the price of clothing, etc. etc.

if anything the price of fuel should directly spur demand for city living.... in projects such as this one ^

Don't forget about 5ive at St. Joseph...and the L Tower and Backstage down at Yonge and Esplanade.
