I actually don't mind the incorperation. The condo part's not busy so it doesn't take away from the podium as much.

I like everything except how they incorporated Pita Land to the East. Should have been all glass, but I guess the city wouldn't have gone for that. I don't know, it just doesn't look right.

Not bad at all. Will the heritage structure stay the way it is, or will it be deconstructed and re-built? Looks to be in decent shape.

^^ Definitely. You have to excavate and build the foundation so the building doesn't collapse on itself.
