Believe it or not it's some sort of meeting space. Upper lobby. What are the odds anybody will ever use it?

ya, it is kind of inconvenient but I dont see any seating in the lower lobby so maybe they will be forced up there out of convenience or laziness... but then again those are the exact reasons they may not use it. The lobby looks beautiful, like an entrance to a museum or gallery! cant wait to check it out in person...

There is a little bit of seating on the west side of the lobby. It's all beautiful but I wish clear glass had been used for the stairs and upper lobby so non resident's could see what's happening up there. The glass used reminds me of piano keys.
