it looks like they've paid a great attention to the detail finishes here (white portions)... some really interesting lines to that roof feature. Also like how the podium section differentiates itself from the tower. Nice job here.

This intersection has come a long way. Its nice to see.

I remember the Starch factory. Every time we drove through Port Credit you could smell it. I also remember watching them demo the huge smokestack when I was a kid. Grays was a sad loss. It's too bad it couldn't be saved and turned into something better than it had been near the end. I used to live on the 15th floor of the older apartment building on the N/W corner - my view would be totally obliterated by that new condo! There must be some angry renters.
