Trump is definitely Post Modern, and in a textbook sense - using modern construction methods and materials while referencing historically influenced design cues... And as fo me, I've been waiting to see this one dumb project on this dumb little lot completed since about 1999, so I love it, and I can't be happier to see this design finally achieve bricks and mortar.

All it needs is a couple of circular windows above the balconies and a fake topknot.

great job on the rendering Traynor! I think Trump will make a fine addion to the skyine. The density is getting to be pretty impressive...

I just took a stab at this South elevation. I have never even seen a rendering of the South facade before, so this was just a guess!

Actually I think the Granite will go higher on the South wall and possibly do a stepping up pattern to the East. We shall see as more get built.

I'm working on another render of Trump, this time from one of Caltrane's great pictures.
