I think I like it, but my first reaction was that it seems a bit... contrived. There comes a point where we're just stacking boxes on top of boxes and calling it new and fancy. Few developers seem to have the guts to try anything else.
I think it looks nice. The box at the bottom is definitely better than the one at the top.
The floorplans in this building were really good though - especially the corner units.
An oversized monster that will harm the character and charm of the area. I am sad and apalled.We dream of glass and concrete things to have while much of this planet is not doing too well. $300 grand for 400 sf? What that cash would do to help others. Let's hope it never gets off the ground.
