fantastic report guys and I am so jealous of all those photos! This building surely has some of the best views in the city!

Yeah, this definitely sits among the buildings with the finest city views. The views are actually pretty safe too, as the St. James Cathedral grounds won't be developed, George Brown likely won't put up anything tall (or sell) anytime soon, and the heritage row directly to the north is probably safe for some time. The only row I can foresee development of is that molested row that runs along Adelaide, just west of Jarvis. Won't block much anyway though.
