But has the tallest (eastmost tower) been shortened? I only see mention of 2 x 14 storey buildings.

I think it would be a mistake to have the eastern buildings any higher or the smokestack at Redpath wouldn't be able to dissipate the exhaust properly.

The taller building looks to be on the Western side of the lot - see its orientation by the lake. Good to see that there will be a taller component in this project.
