The "fins" are disappointing from the original render of how they were to look, but I'll still wait for them all to be installed and all the glass up before I really say I don't like it :p

Maestro, are you saying that there is an unnumbered mezzanine in this building, and that above it is floor 2? Because in the stacking plan it calls the floor above the lobby "mechanical", and then goes to floor 3. The building skips the 13th floor, and ends at 51 (or the 50th level) for all public purposes. We're not listing mechanical floors up at the top in the floor counts in the titles.

That's consistent with what we saw erected. If I recall correctly it runs around the east and north sides of the building. You can see it from the outside, its the run of opaque glass at the very bottom of the curtainwall.

I was actually talking from the future. You guys are going to love the Saphire-esq roof element yet to come.
 
They're probably tortured by regret...

regret for what this building could have been, namely 'a looker', but as it is finished up, mostly isn't.

It has turned their energy into ennui.
