BAC has been certified 'substantially complete' and is now ready for a number of firms to move in. The building is 73% pre-leased.
 
I dunno why it took me only until today to notice you can walk the length of the sidewalk on the north side of Adelaide now...

IIRC, one of the conditions of building occupancy is that the public plaza adjacent to the building must be complete and open before people can start moving in. Is that still the case?
 
And has anyone noted about how the colour of the glass along where the construction elevator was appears to be mismatched, as seen in Chris Fyvie's photos? Or was it just this photo?

I noticed the same thing with the RBC Centre. It could just be that the older glass is dusty from the construction.
